For Mondo Negro, we executed a brand refresh and developed a new graphic system for the brand. We refined the existing elements, focusing on creating balance and cohesion. The typography was updated, staying true to the original graphic world, and the iconic drop symbol was retained. The new design features a heavy typographic approach in black and red, enhancing readability while reflecting the bold personality of the record store. This refresh ensures that Mondo Negro’s identity is both striking and functional, embodying the store’s distinctive character.
