Identity for KISMIF 2026. KISMIF is an international event held in Porto around Do-It-Yourself cultural practices, global uncertainty and critical imagination.
This edition brings together the 8th KISMIF International Conference, the Summer School and Call of the West, an exhibition by Victor Torpedo. An archive of some 900 negatives shot during the Tédio Boys’ American tour in 1997, a visual diary of the DIY underground of that period.
The letterforms were lifted from shopfront signage and neon lights, collected and recomposed. The identity was conceived as a punk poster. Ink on coloured paper, no permission asked.
